Yes, you need it — without IDX, buyers have no reason to visit your site more than once. With IDX, they keep coming back to search, and every search is a lead opportunity for you.
Most sites go live within 48 hours of you submitting your info — that means your bio, logo, colors, and MLS board details. The faster you get us your info, the faster we launch. Some clients are live the same day. The only delays happen when we're waiting on branding materials or MLS board approvals, which are outside our control.
